The term ' KP Training & Consulting Ltd' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 248 Church Lane, London NW9 8SL. Our company registration number is 6258526, London.
Consultancy Services will be agreed upon types of projects and cost agreed with completion dates prior to commencement.
The following terms and conditions will apply between KP Training & Consulting Ltd's and the client for the supply and delivery of training courses, training materials and consultancy services. KP Training & Consulting Ltd's will supply certification for all learners who pass assessment or who qualify for a certificate of attendance. In the case of accredited courses, learners will either need to sit an examination, take a test or complete a written assignment; all within a time-framed completion which will be agreed with the Client.
KP Training & Consulting Ltd – is the training and consulting company that supply and deliver training courses and training materials. It provides consulting solutions to individuals and businesses.
Client – the client is the user, viewer, company, company representative, organization or organization representative with authority to make an agreement with KP Training & Consulting Ltd's to supply consultancy services and / or deliver a training course and / or training materials.
Supply and Delivery – is the agreement between KP Training & Consulting Ltd and the client to make available any consultancy service provision or supply or delivery any training course and training materials at an agreed cost, location and time.
Training – is the service supplied by KP Training & Consulting Ltd to the client that provides the trainee knowledge, skills and qualifications to undertake their duties competently, safely and legally.
Training Materials – are handouts, workbooks and any other materials that are retained by the trainee to support the training and act as supporting evidence for future or ongoing qualifications.
Trainers – are the experts supplied by KP Training & Consulting Ltd to deliver training to trainees. Trainers will be appropriately qualified and up to date in the courses they deliver.
Trainee – is the learner undertaking the training.
Consultant – professional adviser who will charges a fee for providing advice or services in a particular service.
Course Training – describes the length of courses which are normally:
• CSCS Tests – 45 minutes
• Half day course – 4 hours
• One day course – 8 hours
• Accredited courses and customised duration may vary depending on the subject and qualification being undertaken.

Certification – the cost of certificates produced and supplied by KP Training & Consulting Ltd are included in the course cost. Replacement certificates may be subject to additional cost. The cost of some certification and examinations, where specialist accreditation is required, is subject to additional costs with the identified Accreditation Body. This will be agreed at time of booking.
Training Materials –most training materials are included in the price, however, some course (CSCS, Management Training and more) are not included in the cost. Please confirm with us prior to booking and purchase.

Enquiries – clients may make enquiries for training verbally, in writing or electronically. All enquiries will be answered as soon as possible and normally within 48 hours of receiving the enquiry. BOOKING PROCEDURE
How to Book - clients may book training course either verbally, by email or in writing. All bookings will be agreed in writing as soon as possible and normally within 48 hours of receiving the booking. The confirmed booking will act as the training agreement.
Deposits – Where the client books a course at short notice (5 days or less) a full payment will be required which will be non-refundable – see cancellation procedures.
Venue – courses are normally conducted at KP Training & Consulting Ltd’s London venue, on-site or a preferred venue agreed at time of booking. For each training course, venue will vary.
Number of attendees – the maximum number of attendees on each course varies from 1- 20 depending on the subject being delivered. Please confirm at time of booking.
Non attendees – in the event of a trainee (s) not attending a booked course, 100% of the cost will be charged.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
Cancellation Policy - It is the policy of KP Training & Consulting Ltd that cancellation costs will be charged if a course is cancelled within 7 days of the course start date. Some courses a full fee will be charge, please check at time of booking. Cancellation charges may be waived in exceptional circumstances providing KP Training & Consulting Ltd and the client have mutually agreed.
Cancellation Procedure – cancellation of a course or training materials can be made verbally, in writing or electronically. Clients are advised to support verbal cancellations in writing or by email within 7 working days prior to commencement of the course.
COST AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Course Costs – course costs will be displayed on the training agreement and on the invoice. Prices currently are not applicable to VAT.
Payment Method – the client will pay the course costs shown on the invoice by cheque to ‘KP Training & Consulting Ltd ‘,by BACS as displayed on the invoice or by major credit cards. All credit card transactions will incur a 3.5% Merchant Service Charges in addition to the training costs.
Bank Charges – all bank transaction charges local or international are strictly payable by the client. Please make sure you check the total amount charges payable prior to making a booking and payment.
Payment Terms – full payment is to be made by the client to KP Training & Consulting Ltd at least 14 days prior to commence of the course.
Invoices – KP Training & Consulting Ltd will normally produce and distribute invoices on or shortly after the registration; Invoices will show the total cost to be paid by the client.
CONDUCT AND STANDARDS
Behaviour – KP Training & Consulting Ltd shall conduct appropriately throughout the training process in a professional, polite and courteous manner abiding by the codes of conduct, ethical standards and recognised best practice set down and as expected for a training and consulting organisations.
Dress – KP Training & Consulting Ltd trainers will dress appropriately to the subject being taught. This may vary from smart business attire, casual dress, or appropriate personal protective clothing based on what and where the subjects are taught. That is for construction related courses, first aid and manual handling. All clothing will be clean and designed to comply with health and safety procedures and any specific client requirements communicated prior to commencement of training.
Standards – KP Training & Consulting Ltd maintains high standards with regard to the delivery, contents of training and the quality of training materials. In order to achieve this KP Training & Consulting Ltd ensures its trainers are qualified with current knowledge in the trained subject. KP Training & Consulting Ltd also operates an end –of- course evaluation form to be completed by each trainee, which asks for the trainee’s feedback on the course and for our own continuous improvement.
INSURANCE
Insurance – KP Training & Consulting Ltd will maintain levels of insurance in accordance with the regulatory and industry requirements.
SECURITY
Security – KP Training & Consulting Ltd will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of all premises visited is maintained and that upon completion of the training that all keys are returned promptly and that all areas are left secure.
CLIENTS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
KP Training & Consulting Ltd will follow and abide by all reasonable policies and procedure that are laid down by the client. Such policies and procedures that are typically followed include: Fire Procedures, Infection Control, Security, Confidentiality and Health and Safety. If a client wishes KP Training & Consulting Ltd to follow a specific policy or procedure, they are to make available the information prior to the start of the training.

If any individual or client feels that KP Training & Consulting Ltd has been unfair and has not demonstrated equal opportunity they are able to complain using the complaints procedure.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Enquiries and complaints are to be made in writing with sufficient detail to allow KP Training & Consulting Ltd to compile a written response. Where the client is not satisfied with the response given by KP Training & Consulting Ltd, they may contact KP Training & Consulting Ltd successively and ask for further clarification. In all circumstances KP Training & Consulting Ltd will respond each time in writing, as soon as practicably possible and normally within seven days of receiving the complaint.
In the case of unresolved complaints, KP Training & Consulting Ltd will inform the appropriate governing body or accreditation scheme and informed them that a complaint is in progress, this will act as notification that they may become involved should the complaint not be resolved satisfactorily. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be finalised, the client may seek further resolution from their local trading standards, appropriate governing body or from the appropriate accreditation scheme.
KP Training & Consulting Ltd will inform the client of the contact details of the appropriate accreditation scheme on request.
The decision of any governing body or accreditation scheme will be final and is binding to KP Training & Consulting Ltd, but may not be binding on the client. It is to be noted by the client that using this complaint procedure does not in any way prevent or obstruct their recourse to Law.
